Refund Policy

General Policy

Our general policy is No Returns / No Exchanges.

Refunds and returns are only offered to customers that receive a wrong, defective or damaged item. For our full policy, please read here.

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues. Product sizing information is located on each product description for all items prior to purchase.

Wrong, Defective or Damaged Items

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive a wrong, defective or damaged item. If you (the customer) notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays and begin a reshipment.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges.

Returns

Refunds and returns are only offered to customers that receive a wrong, defective or damaged item. For our full policy, please read here.

1. To Start a Return

Please email support@happypeoplepickleball.com and include the following information:

  • Order #
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Written reason for return (ie. damaged, defective, wrong item)

We will get back to you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) as soon as possible during normal business hours. Mon-Friday 9am-5pm EST.

2. Once Return Authorization Number (RAN) is issued

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the return shipping costs using any shipping carrier of your choice.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging.

Return Address

Please package your product in original packaging, include your Order# and a RAN# and mail to the following location.

Ship returns to: Printful c/o Happy People Pickleball, 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273.

You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once return is inspected and approved, then your refund will be processed.

3. Once Return is Inspected and Approved

Happy People Pickleball will refund the original cost of the item plus a shipping flat fee of $5 toward your approved return. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This process can take up to 30 days.

If you would like a replacement item, please order the replacement item on the website.

Lost Shipment

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, we cannot offer a full refund.

Please wait a full 8 business days after order has been purchased to submit a lost shipment. Please include your order number and contact support@happypeoplepickleball.com.
