WHO ON OUR TEAM HAS ACCESS

The Administrator and Shop Manager can access the order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.

The Administrator and Shop Manager has access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.

We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you.

STORE ANALYTICS

We may use Google Analytics for the store. Purchase events will send Google Analytics the following information: order number, product id and name, product category, total cost, and quantity of items purchased.

Activity Tracked: This feature sends page view events (and potentially video play events) over to Google Analytics for consumption. Some additional events are also sent to Google Analytics: shopping cart additions and removals, product listing views and clicks, product detail views, and purchases.

SHIPPING

We may use Easy Post for shipping labels. We send the customer’s name, address as well as the dimensions, weight, and quantities of purchased products to Easy Post. Please see EasyPost privacy policy for details about how they handle this information.

We also may store the purchased shipping labels on the TaxJar’s server to make it easy to reprint them and handle support requests. Please see TaxJar’s Privacy Policy for details about how they handle this information.

We may use PRINTFUL to fulfill shipping requirements. Please see Printful’s Privacy policy for details on how they handle this information.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

The Company is entitled to refuse any order placed by a Customer. If an order is accepted,  the Company will confirm acceptance via email. 

For payments, we send the purchase total, currency and customer’s billing information to the respective payment processor. Please see the respective third party’s payment privacy policy’s below.

Stripe

We accept payments through gateways like Stripe or PayPal, some customers’ data will be passed to the respective third party, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and the customer’s billing information.

COUPONS

Coupons, also known as promotional codes, are special codes that can be applied to the Customer’s purchase to receive a discount or a special offer.

Coupons are valid only for a limited time  and may expire without any notice.

Coupons may only be used once per Customer and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

Some coupons may only be valid for certain plans or services. The Customer should review the coupon details before using them.

Coupons may not be used on any past purchases or for any plans or services that have already been paid for.

Coupons are not refundable. Once used, they cannot be used again or refunded.

The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel any coupons or offers at any time without notice.

By using a coupon, the Customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
